Responsibilities:
1. Daily handle import export issue, return RMA handling and operation,cooperate shipping department export issue.
2. Montly declare operation support,such as declared form prepartion,Im/Ex data statistics and update IE database,customs delcare.
3. Communicate with the customs officers and be familiar with customs ruler and operation way
4. Maintain IE Accounting sharing database, and cooperation Accounting departmen for verifying the account
5. Daily documents filling and collection, and assist manager.

Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years or above experiences as senior customs specialist. Well-handled experience in IE activity, customs clearance, QP system, China Port, GMT system etc
2. Professional knowledge ERP system, can independently transfer the ERP data into customs system including QP system, China Port and GMT system
3. Customs declaration qualification certificate, Inspection qualification certificate
4. College or above, major in logistics, finance, International Business or equivalent
5. Good command in English MS-office
6. Attention to details and keep watch with all of documents
