Responsibilities （main tasks）：
create RFQ, follow up RFQ process till getting the cost calculation from CO department, including coordination between sales manager and PM/PUR/CO
Clarify open questions regarding customer‘s inquiry
create RFS, follow up the process till the sample ready and arrange sample delivery
supporting overdue payment status together with controlling and sales manager,
supporting pushing customer to get payment done in time
supporting master data creation, including master data application like ‘new customer data, price data, apply for blocked delivery release, credit limit‘
supporting sales manager for internally coordination for necessary
Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above in engineering, business management, technical or related fields；
Mastery of computer application skills, e.g. Excel, Word,PowerPoint, etc.
Fluent in spoken and written English ；
