PEM (Project Engineering Manager) is core member of project execution team, assist the Project Manager to execute engineering management on the project, according to the responsibility assigned by Engineering.

Education / Experience
教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗
Bachelor’s degree or above on Science & Technology or Management, 5+ years working experience in management or Engineering.
理工、管理專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，五年以上管理或工程設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗；
5+ years working experience in technical position
專業(yè)技術(shù)職位任職五年以上；
Has the senior technical qualification on engineering or economics
工程或經(jīng)濟(jì)類高級技術(shù)職稱。

Good knowledge on enterprise technology and quality management

Good knowledge on product design and process
產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、工藝專業(yè)知識；
Good knowledge on English and computer
英語、電腦知識。 Familiar with the rules and the process of project management of the company, can organize the execution of project complying with the process.
熟悉公司規(guī)章制度，熟知公司項目管理流程并能組織實施；
Familiar with the process and the related management documents regarding Engineering
熟悉工程設(shè)計的流程及相關(guān)管理文件；
Familiar with the relationship of Engineering and other functional departments and organize the corresponding technical service
熟悉工程設(shè)計與公司其它部門的關(guān)聯(lián)，組織相應(yīng)的技術(shù)服務(wù)工作；
With strong communication and coordinating skills
良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
